Once you decide on a package, go to our packages page, select your brand, logo, or website package and click order now. Complete the detailed entry form, upload optional support materials and click submit. That’s it. Your account executive will follow-up with you within one business day and let you know what’s next.
Every At Brand customer gets assigned a personal account executive who will help guide you through our process and ensure your 100 percent satisfaction. After reviewing your entry form details and gathering any additional information that may be required, your account executive will assign a design team, writer, and developer to your project. (Your account executive is also a member of and creative director of your team.) Your primary point of contact throughout the entire process will be your account executive, ensuring that you get consistent, reliable support.
Your account executive will contact you within 1 business day of your order, and we will immediately begin work on your logo, website, and/or content. Our goal is to provide you with a high quality finished product as quickly as possible. In general, most At Brand packages are delivered within 10-15 business days . . . and often times quicker than that. Rush orders are available.
At Brand is an industry leader in delivering affordable quality content, design, and web development projects with a fast turnaround time. Our projects flow through the pipeline as quickly as possible. However, if you do have an urgent need, we do accept rush orders. It is up to you who will host your website. We recommend GoDaddy website hosting or WestHost. Regardless of the hosting provider you select, your account executive will work with you to make sure the process is smooth and trouble free. Or you can have your account executive set up your hosting account for you.

Yes! Whether you use our content management system or other platform such as WordPress or Joomla, it will be easy for you to add additional pages and features to your website as you grow. Your account executive will show you the basics for managing your website. Not sure you are ready to add your own pages? You can hire us to add the pages for you by talking with your At Brand account executive.
As your business needs grow, you can return to At Brand for additional services, such as enhanced public relations packages and additional marketing collateral. Working directly with your account executive or a brand director, you will have the ability to customize your branding needs.
Yes. If you are unhappy with the progress of your project, we will offer a full refund of your money.
